Spryte Engine parts Most auto part stores
The engine is a Ford Straight Six 170 Cubic Inch that was used in the Ford Falcon, mid 1960's. Use the year of your cat if you know it.
Spryte Bogie and front guide Tires I was able to get replacement tires at my local tire store, they were able to get the 5.30x12, I think they are high speed trailer tires.
They also tracked down the 4.5x12 NHS Goodyear monorail tire for me at a Bay area tire warehouse so don't give up if you really need one.

FallLine also has replacement tires for the original monorail tires that are less expensive. They'll also work for bogie tires but are 3 times more expensive than trailer tires.
Imp Bogie Tires Just replaced all my bogie tires with Nanco 4.80x8 Hi Speed trailer tires, Load range B. They work great, have made several trips up the mountain on them already.

Useful Information

I was faxed the following Clark document by Drilling and Trenching supplies when I was trying to find out what kind of oil to use in the Clark  transmission.

Clark Shifting Gear Transmissions

a satisfactory transmission oil must have the following characteristics:
(1) It must follow, coat and cushion the gear teeth.  (2) It must be adequately fluid at prevailing temperatures to distribute to all gear and bearing surfaces.  (3) It must not foam excessively nor materially increase in volume under severe service operation.  (4) It should be chemically stable and not thicken up in service, even though it be used for a reasonably long time at elevated temperatures.  (5) It must not contain admixtures nor compounds which produce wear on the parts or metal erosion.   (6) It should not possess any material or compounds that will settle out in storage or separate out in service.  (7) It must not contain fillers, such as asbestos, mica, talc, earth or other solids, and shall be free from sediment and water.

CHART 1
RECOMMENDED LUBRICANTS for Clark Shifting Gear Transmissions
Prevailing Ambient Temp SAE Specification Type
Above 0º F SAE 90

SAE 50
Straight mineral gear lube
or
Heavy duty engine oil
Below 0º F SAE 80

SAE 30
Straight mineral gear lube
or
Heavy duty engine oil

STRAIGHT MINERAL GEAR OILS of the SAE viscosity recommended above which measure up to the quality standards of a reputable refiner of petroleum products are preferable.

HEAVY DUTY ENGINE OIL of the proper SAE viscosity and backed by the reputation of a well known supplier is sometimes more readily available than straight mineral lube and will provide satisfactory operation. It is important to specify the heavy duty type.

DO NOT USER EXTREME PRESSURE LUBRICANTS - E.P. lubricants were compounded primarily for use in rear axles where unit gear tooth loads are very high and the rubbing action between the gear teeth is severe.
These oils contain added chemical compounds which, under certain conditions of operation, are designed to unite with the metal of the gear teeth and protect the rubbing surfaces. Extreme gear tooth loads have been designed "out" of Clark transmissions and the use of E.P. oils is unnecessary. In fact, most of these lubricants have certain undesirable characteristics for transmission use.
Sulphur and graphite are widely used as E.P. additives. Under certain conditions of operation the sulphur in company with normal condensation of water will form corrosive sulfuric acid. Graphite even in its purest form must be classified as an abrasive material and will tend to increase wear when used in transmissions. In addition, the chemical instability of such lubricants may result in heavy soap and oxide deposits inside the unit, clogging the oil passages.

After talking to a chemist at Shell oil he explained what all this means, he said that what you don't want is an oil with any detergents or friction inhibitors because they will glaze the parts and that will in turn prevent the steering brakes from working since they are in the same oil bath. He said Aircraft oils don't have detergents and their AeroShell 100 fits the bill, it's an SAE 50 engine oil.
